Location: 80% 2 or less hours from home
20% overnight travel.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Fire Suppression Tank Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting NFPA 25 inspections on water tanks, operating drones and remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), and interacting with clients. This role requires travel, and all travel expenses will be covered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform NFPA 25 inspections on fire suppression water tanks.
• Operate drones and remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) to conduct inspections.
• Working at heights on top of tanks and water towers.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of inspection results.
• Prepare detailed inspection documentation.
• Maintain and manage inspection equipment and records.
• Travel to various client locations for inspections (travel expenses paid).
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

• Experience in fire suppression system specifically NFPA 25, is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating drones and ROVs; video game skills are beneficial here.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with clients effectively.
• Willingness to travel frequently for work.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
• Able to work at heights and lift 70lbs.
