Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative manage to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing office operations, and handling basic accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails; take messages.
- Assist with scheduling and logistics for inspectors.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Perform basic accounting tasks, such as billing, processing invoices, tracking expenses, and assisting with budget management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office manager, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
