Assure Fire Solutions provides independent internal visual inspections of fire protection water storage tanks.
The company was founded after seeing how often tank interiors were simply unknown. Many facilities maintained their fire systems responsibly but had little visibility into the inside of the water storage tank because accessing it traditionally required draining the system or significant coordination. Our goal became straightforward — provide a practical way for owners and contractors to see the inside of tanks that are normally inaccessible.
Using remotely operated vehicle (ROV) technology and visual dry-entry inspections, we document observable internal conditions, components, and coatings while the tank typically remains in service. The inspection produces photographic and video records along with organized reporting so owners, engineers, and contractors can determine appropriate follow-up actions when needed.
We do not perform repairs or prescribe engineering solutions. Our role is to provide clear inspection documentation so decisions about maintenance, rehabilitation, and compliance can be made by the responsible parties.
Behind every inspection is a simple belief: informed owners make better maintenance decisions when they can actually see the condition of their assets.
To provide clear, consistent internal inspection documentation so facility owners and their contractors have reliable information about tank condition.
To make internal tank condition visibility a routine part of responsible facility maintenance.
We perform an internal visual inspection using ROV or dry visual access when appropriate. The inspection documents observable conditions and produces a structured report with photographs and video records. The report can then be used by owners, engineers, insurers, or contractors to determine follow-up actions.
We believe our work should be done with humility, responsibility, and care for the people affected by it.
We present what we observe accurately and without exaggeration.
We approach inspections methodically and document what can be observed.
We support facility teams by providing clear and usable inspection records.
We maintain consistent procedures and documentation standards.
We use technology to improve visibility and reduce disruption during inspections.
Experience matters when documenting infrastructure condition.
From ladders and elevated access to confined spaces, our inspections are performed using safe access methods appropriate to the structure and site conditions.
